  2. Getting started with TVI, a windows editor based on VI.

  6. More detailed information is available on line from within TVI.

  8. This disk contains the program (.exe), help (.hlp), and a
  9. sample initialization (.ini) file.

  11. Copy them to a directory on your hard disk and create a 
  12. program manager  icon for tvi.exe... 
  13. Under 'properties' use a command line similar to the following:

  15. <path>/tvi.exe -i <path>/tvi.ini -h <path>/tvi_h.hlp
